  4. Seems corruption in Outlook Express .dbx files. Microsoft doesn't provide any free tool to fix corruption from Outlook Express .dbx files. If an OE user faces corruption in .dbx files, I will suggest to try a third-party DBX recovery tool that can recover data from corrupt .dbx files.
